This policy explains what information Vantis Products (“Vantis”, “we”) collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with Tanzania’s Personal Data Protection Act, 2022.

What we collect

When you send a quote request or ask for a mockup, we receive the details you enter:

• your name, company, phone or WhatsApp number and email address
• the occasion, the date you need the order by, the delivery location and any notes
• the products, quantities and branding methods on your list
• if you used the brand studio, a small preview image of your logo on a product

We also receive the page you sent the request from, the language your browser uses, and the approximate country and city of your connection, which our website host provides.

Your logo files

Logos you upload or names you type in the brand studio are processed inside your own browser to create the preview. They are not sent to us unless you send a request, and then only as a small preview image. Please send your full logo file to us by WhatsApp or email when we ask for it.

What stays in your browser

Your price list, the products you viewed recently and the category you last opened are saved in your browser’s local storage so they are still there when you come back. They are not sent to us until you send a request. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

How we use your information

• to reply to you and prepare prices, quotes and mockups
• to produce, check and deliver your order
• to keep a record of requests and orders for our business

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising by other companies.

Who processes it for us

Our website runs on Cloudflare, which stores the requests you send through it. If we use an automation tool to alert our team about new requests, the request details pass through that tool. When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, those services handle your message under their own terms. When you place an order, we share delivery details with the people who deliver it. Some of these providers may store data outside Tanzania.

How long we keep it

Logo preview images are deleted automatically after 180 days. Other request details are kept for as long as we need them to handle your request and keep our business records, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Contact us using the details below and we will reply as soon as we can. If you are not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Tanzania.

Children

This website is for businesses and organisations. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
