Terms of use and ordering.

Last updated 29 October 2026

These terms cover using this website and asking Vantis Products (“Vantis”, “we”) for quotes and orders. Your quote may include further terms for a specific order. If they differ, the quote applies.

Prices and quotes

Prices on this website are on request. Your quote confirms the price, minimum quantity, production time, delivery and payment terms for your order. Sending a price list or a mockup request through the website does not create an order.

Mockups and approval

Before production we send a digital mockup of each item with your logo placed. Please check the spelling, colours, size and placement carefully. We start production only after you approve the mockup, and we produce what you approved.

Your logo and artwork

By sending us a logo, name or artwork you confirm that you have the right to use it on merchandise. We use your artwork only to prepare and produce your order.

Colours, finishes and photos

Colours can look different on screen and on the finished product, and each branding method gives its own finish, from thread to ink to engraving. Small differences between items are normal. The brand studio previews and product photos on this website are illustrations. Product specifications may change, and your quote and mockup show what you will receive.

Changes and cancellations

Tell us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes after you approve the mockup, or once production has started, may not be possible or may add cost. We will tell you before going ahead.

Delivery

We deliver to your office or event as agreed in your quote. Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any problem straight away.

Using this website

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Nothing in them limits rights you have by law.
